Comment visibility for residents
Public comments submitted on a public request are visible to all PublicStuff users, including residents and staff users. In contrast, comments submitted on a private request are only visible to the resident who submitted the service request and the municipal staff. The visibility setting for the request type will be the default for any new service request of that type. An example of a private service request is a residential hot water check since it requires the user to include the home address in the service request.
