Yes, you can track the number of app downloads for your PublicStuff iOS and Android apps. App Annie is a third-party system PublicStuff uses to track the number of app downloads and reviews. Contact your implementation lead or Accela Support to get set up with an account to view download data on demand.

One user per municipality can be invited to view the metrics. It will be sent from hi@appannie.com. The user expecting to receive this invite should also check their spam folders since these invites are known to get caught there.

Download and review data posted by App Annie can lag 1-2 days.
