Getting Started with Advanced Reports

PublicStuff Advanced Reporting offers powerful reporting capabilities to display the data that you are interested in seeing, how you want to see it. Not only can you use Reports > Advanced to create reports, you can also use the Reports > Advanced page to explore a greater variety of filterable requests. Use this page to view departmental requests, requests assigned to specific users, overdue/ due soon, requests, among other filters.
You can access Advanced Reports from Reports
The available Default Filters available include:

| Comment Contains | Priority |
| Completed By | Privacy |
| Created By | Request Category |
| Date Submitted | Request Type |
| Department | Resident Contact Info |
| Geography | Satisfaction Rating |

You can also filter by your Custom Fields.
Once you've chosen what you want to display, choose how you want to display it
