Using and saving filters in Advanced Reporting

Creating new reports

  1. Click New and name your report
  2. Choose your preferred filters
  3. Click Save as new to access report for future use



Accessing saved reports

Saved reports will appear in the My Reports sidebar. 




Sharing & Exporting Reports

Saved reports can be shared between users, which will ensure that your team is working from the same list of requests and viewing the same reports. Reports can also be exported to XLS, CSV and text format. 






To save a filter for future use, choose your preferred filters, and click Save.

To retrieve results from a previously saved filter, choose the filter from the Current Filter dropdown.
