- Category: Municipality-entered name of category containing multiple request types
- Category description: Municipality-entered description of what is contained in the category

- Search: Text search for desired request type
- iOS Download: Link to iOS app
- Android Download: Link to Android app
- Call: Opens pop-up to display generic or municipality-specific call-in request number or text-in number
