How to submit a service request

Submitting a request via the mobile app 

  1. Log In to your municipality’s mobile app.

  2. Select the New Request button from the widget list. 

    1. iOS users can also press the + button from the bottom tray.

    2. Android users can also access the Submit New Button from the drawer.

  3. Choose your Request Type from the list. 

  4. Enter the Location of your request. 

    1. If GPS is enabled, it will pick up your current location. 

    2. If the location is inaccurate, or if you need to report something from another location, move the pin or type in the address.

  5. Enter the Request Description and other fields as applicable.

  6. Attach an optional Photo

  7. Determine if your request should be Public (visible to all PublicStuff users) or Private (visible only to you and your municipality’s staff).

  8. Press Submit.
