I'm not receiving PublicStuff emails

If you are not receiving emails from PublicStuff that you expect, there are a number of items to review.

Spam or Junk Filtering

Ensure the email you expected to receive has not been sent to your Spam or Junk folders or filters.

Your IT department may be able to set up a filter to automatically set emails to be on a safe list (or similar) by adding a filter to accept all email from the PublicStuff.com domain.

Request Assignment Emails

Administrators can verify if you are set up to receive initial request assignment emails by visiting Manage Request Types

If you were expecting a request assignment email from an existing request, check that you are currently set as the assignee in the active workflow step.

Notification Emails

Administrators can verify if you are set up to receive request notification emails, and at what frequency, at Manage Request Types
