Using the iframe, residents can browse requests around the municipality or in their neighborhood, or submit a request to the municipality.

 

  • iframe image: Image configured in PublicStuff Pro
  • App Name: App name configured in PublicStuff Pro
  • Log in: Log in to existing PublicStuff Account
  • Sign Up: Sign up for a PublicStuff account
  • Filters: Filter public issues by request type, status, date range, your own issues (if logged in) and search by keyword
  • Map: Map view of public issues. Click on a pin to view more details
  • List: List view of public issues. Click on an issue to view more details
  • Issue Reporting: List of categories and request types for residents to report issues
  • Category: Municipality-entered name of category containing multiple request types
  • Category description: Municipality-entered description of what is contained in the category
  • Request Type: Request type Name
  • Request Type description: Municipality-entered description of request type
  • Search: Text search for desired request type
  • iOS Download: Link to iOS app
  • Android Download: Link to Android app
  • Call: Opens pop-up to display generic or municipality-specific call-in request number or text-in number
  • Embed: Link to embed iframe in another website.
  • Select Language: Automatically translate the page to one of 50+ languages. Service by Google Translate.
  • Legend: Designation of the request status
