Password Management/ Log-in Access

Password management is now automated through the Forgot Password? link on the PublicStuff Pro homepage and users will now use one set of credentials to log in to all PublicStuff platforms.

Password Management

Password management is now automated through the Forgot Password? link on the PublicStuff Pro homepagePassword reset links are valid for 24 hours and additional requests can be made by visiting the PublicStuff Pro homepage. Please note that PublicStuff passwords are case sensitive.

Log-in Access

Staff will now use one set of login credentials across PublicStuff to log into the iframe, mobile apps, and Pro with their PublicStuff credentials. Confirm the email address you use to access PublicStuff Pro and request a new password be sent to that address.

Troubleshooting 

There are a few things to check if log-in access issues persist:
  1. Is the user accessing http://gov.publicstuff.com/, and using the Forgot Password link on that page?
  2. Is the user entering in an email address into the Forgot Password form?
  3. Is there an error message generated?
  4. Does the email address that user is entering at Forgot Password? match the email address in Admin > Manage Users?
