There are 4 main components of the User’s PublicStuff Pro dashboard:


MY REQUESTS

The My Requests graph shows the number of requests assigned to you, and this is updated in real-time as new requests are assigned to you.


ASSIGNED TO ME 

The Assigned to Me table shows all of the requests currently assigned to you. It displays:

  • Title

  • Type

  • Status

  • Address

  • Request ID number

  • Date the Request was Created

  • Request Due Date


Open requests (Submitted, Received, In Progress) are shown on the Dashboard, if you are currently assigned. If you want to see requests for your department, or for a particular request type, set up an Advanced Report.


MY STATS

My Stats reports the number of open and closed requests assigned to you and also the number of comments received for all your requests over time. The Average Rating is the average of all resident ratings for requests that were assigned to you.

The Announcements field displays product announcements from PublicStuff as well as both internal and resident-facing municipal announcements. PublicStuff Pro site Admins and managers can create new internal or resident-facing announcements. See PublicStuff Widgets Guide for more about announcements.
