Which platforms are the mobile apps available for?

Branded iOS and Android apps

PublicStuff builds municipality-branded mobile apps for iPhone and Android platforms. This means that if your municipality has an app called "My Anytown", residents and staff will be able to search and download the My Anytown app from the App Store and Google Play, and it will be a fully branded municipality app experience.

What about the iPad?

PublicStuff publishes an iPhone app only. The app can be downloaded to an iPad, but the user may need to switch their search view on the iPad to see iPhone and iPad apps returned in search (the App Store defaults to iPad Only apps)

Generic PublicStuff Blackberry and Windows apps

PublicStuff does not build municipality-branded Blackberry and Windows apps. Residents and staff using Blackberry and/or Windows devices can download the PublicStuff app to submit requests and view widgets for the municipality. Users will see the PublicStuff logo throughout the app, and upon launching the app for the first time, will need to search, to follow the example above, for Anytown, ST in order to retrieve the appropriate request types and widgets for the municipality.

These platforms' apps are not maintained as rigorously as the iPhone and Android apps and may be several versions behind, leading to a different look and feel on the app.
