  • RSS: Share municipality news from an existing blog or news RSS feed

  • FAQs: Enter information about how to use the app

  • Phone: Add a phone number to call a customer care line

  • Announcements: Share municipality news and upcoming events

  • Public People: Display photos and contact information about elected officials or other relevant staff or department information

  • Knowledge Base: Displays public-facing PublicStuff knowledge base articles for searching and resident self-support
