Approving articles

 

Admins approve and publish staff-created articles. Admins can review Drafts by going to Content > Knowledge Base > Drafts. Choose a saved draft and make any edits directly within the article. Click Publish once edits are completed to add the article to the Knowledge Base.


Note: Titles cannot be edited after the article is saved or published. If the title needs to be changed, the article must be deleted and re-entered.
